Allied was introduced to Plasma Gasification through the efforts of Mr. Alvino. In 2007, Tom approached the Allied companies with a proposal to utilize Municipal Solid Waste, generated in the North Eastern cities and convert this “trash” into synthetic diesel fuel. Under his leadership and direction, Allied has worked diligently to further his vision to create sustainable communities by cleaning up the environment through efficient use of resources and recycling. As a founding member of the Allied Energy Services Corporation, the company has expanded its goals in an attempt to eliminate the countries demand for foreign oil.
We at Allied, anticipate that Mr. Alvino will be the successor to Mr. Pitrolo as the next president of Allied.

Mr. Alvino is a lifelong resident of Long Island, New York and spends his time researching new and developing technologies. His business acumen and leadership skills gives Allied an advantage through the vetting and due dilligence processes. In conjuction with our need for specialty metals required for handling Hi-Temperature (900 C) "Off Gas" from the Plasma System, the Allied family has sourced specialty metals. Allied companies has teamed up with INDUSTRIAL EDGE INTERNATIONAL (IEI), Licensed By: Control Thermal Processing, Inc., to provide the latest version of hardened (Patented Process) jaw crusher and mining, cutting and drilling bits for Longwall and Continuous Coal Mining, Trona, Potash, Limestone, and Salt Mining Industries. These superior bits have a self locking ring which holds the bit in the standard socket of wet and dry head mining machines. A prime application of the IEI bit is in the Joy Manufacturing Company 12CM mining machine.
